Care Education

It seeks to improve attentional skills, the ability to concentrate, sustained attention, the metacognitive education of attention (attention to attention), the capacity for introspection, the use of the internal voice, the analysis of the context (attentional openness), the decrease in emotional reactivity (anger, fear, sadness) and the increase in empathy and compassion, mainly through mindfulness training and social-emotional learning. The group has studied the internal voice, positive and negative, with a brain image, its relationship with impulsivity and the recognition of the self in front of the mirror as a function of the action (different types of self: the visceral self, the visual self, the biographical self …).
