This is based on the study of production mechanisms for raw materials, mainly plant-based, and the incidence of different cultivation techniques (forced crops, in greenhouses, covered tunnels, and others), with the aim of improving products and circulating new cultivation techniques for tropical and sub-tropical species as well as exotic fruit species (i.e., new or introduced crops)
