The evaluation of dialogue systems using test users is a very important process, but generally takes a great deal of effort and time. To try to avoid this drawback, techniques are usually used that allow evaluating the operation of these systems by simulating the behavior of real users. Thus, it is greatly facilitated the verification of the optimal design of the same before its commercial use begins.
