The practices used in the now popular mindfulness are an invaluable resource for the educational community that can facilitate the knowledge and self-regulation of the person in their experience at a cognitive, emotional and somatic level. The acquisition of these skills can be a key tool to promote the optimal development of the personality of minors and improve their academic experience, even being able to avoid or dampen the appearance of certain disorders. It is relevant to study quality indicators in the design and implementation of these programs as well as effective specifications for different populations, such as minors diagnosed with ADHD, minors offenders or minors with other disorders.
