This research group was formed in 1994. The chief aim of the group is to research the psychological and social processes that influence people within the framework of organisations, that is, to study the mutual interaction between thoughts, feelings and behaviours of individuals and the characteristics and dynamics of organisations. Most of the group’s researchers are from the Social Psychology department of the University of Granada.
