The study of equations with integral coefficients and their non-negative solutions. This problem is related to the coin exchange problem and integral linear programming. The study of equations of the type ax mod b < cx, where a, b and c are positive integers. The aim is to provide an alternative representation of the numerical semigroups that are solutions to this type of inequality, thereby specifying and improving the calculational algorithms for this class of semigroup.
