Coeliac disease. Effect of the gluten-free diet in children

The purpose of this line is the assessment of the effects of the consumption or not of a gluten-free diet in healthy celiac children. Bone metabolism, body composition, inflammatory profile, processes related to oxidative state and gene damage are studied.
