AGR-141 Analytical, Nutritional and Toxicological Quality Control of Food and Drink
The group was formed in 1988 to develop lines of research in the field of food science, particularly the analytical, toxicological and nutritional aspects of study. The area of nutrition in which this UGR department has teaching responsibilities has also led to lines of research such as the nutritional evaluation of and intervention in population groups, and studies to design diets for specific groups of people.
