Agrobiodiversity and social and technological innovation as development engines for local mountain communities

In a globalized world, the spatial dimension of social processes has reached a relevance that, although it has always been present in its study, now seems unavoidable. Urban life, rural life, demographic dynamics in both territories, mobility and migratory movements, both international and internal, are areas that attract our attention as a research group. In the same sense, the environmental dimension, its problems and its management are also linked to that spatial dimension, which runs through all territorial scales, from the world system to local systems. As do the social movements that develop around this problem.
