Landscape: concept and actions.
The landscape is a heritage that must be carefully considered and preserved, even though it is dynamic and constantly evolving. This does not mean that public control and planning in the inevitable processes of transformation are exempt from blame when they allow the heritage to be depleted or to deteriorate. The principles set out in the European Landscape Convention are observed. Treatment and consideration of the landscape from different standpoints: ecological-functional, physiognomic-visual, historic-social, phenomenological, etc.
