Development of elements of a computational assistant for the selection of top quality projects evaluated by a committee. The initial approach is that a project selection process manager will be interested in new computer technologies that help improve the overall performance of quality project selection processes. To this end, computational models have been developed for the allocation of resources to candidate projects in a selection process.
