The purpose of this line of research is to make the interaction with the dialogue system as natural as possible. To do this, we work on the development of techniques that allow us to properly capture and combine information generated by the user through various communication channels, for example, body gestures and facial expressions. Likewise, the development of methods that allow the dialogue system to interact with the user through various communication channels is studied, for example, using animated conversational agents (talking heads).
