The group is working on the development of a new and pioneering approach to address the revaluation and / or treatment of wastewater through membrane separation processes and tonic exchange among other technologies. Likewise, the group has developed a new process for the sustainable synthesis of metal nanoparticles with high reducing capacity with remarkable results in terms of kinetic and reaction efficiency in the chemical reduction of toxic heavy metals such as Cr (VI).
