Noise, cognitive and heuristic biases
The group studies cognitive biases (jump to conclusions, biases against the unconfirmatory evidence, biases in favor of confirmatory evidence, insensitivity to feedback ...) and level, situational and occasional noise that affect the way of testing hypotheses, both population clinical (schizophrenia with positive symptoms, hyperactivity ...) or non-clinical population based on their personality traits (schizotype, anxiety) or their ideology (conservatives versus liberals) or religious beliefs, age, gender. Especially by experts (noise and medical biases when diagnosing or judges or scientists when contrasting their hypotheses).
