The current environmental problem makes it necessary for both public administrations and the personnel at their service to collaborate to make them more efficient in order to help minimize the effects of climate change. It is a matter of public interest of world order and our public administrations as well as the personnel at their service, as servants of the public interest, must also collaborate actively so that this climate change is the least possible.
