Various phenomena are analysed, such as mass population movements, irregular and economic immigration, etc., and their repercussion on the actions taken by countries (in the form of international agreements for co-operation in immigration, and other such accords) and by the EU (legal analysis of the measures resulting from implementation of the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice in EU law).
