Externalisation of services from the public administrations
The current economic system has led public administrations to privatize the management of certain activities of a public nature so that they are carried out by personnel other than public officials. This requires adopting a fairly complex legal regime that implies precisely delimiting the different forms of management of public services, the provision of services of general economic interest, public-private collaboration, management orders, and the rest of transfers to the private sector. On the other hand, and for a few years, there has been a rethinking of the forms of indirect management of public services and, consequently, a return to their direct management with the problem that this raises of the revision of contracts concluded and the legal regime of your staff.
