Study of translation in its general form and specialised areas (legal-sworn, scientific-technical and economic-commercial); study of interpreting in its different techniques (consecutive, bilateral and simultaneous) and modes (conferences, tribunals, liaison, social or in public services). As a group, work focuses on the teaching of these disciplines, on research and, at a professional level, on training other groups (students, teachers and professionals).
