Etnoarqueología para un estudio crítico de la cultura material. Diálogos y observación participante.
Ethnoarchaeology, developed especially from the second half of the 20th century onwards, is defined as the discipline that establishes relationships between past human behaviour and its material culture through the observation and study of other cultural groups (current or otherwise), which normally have a different lifestyle to that of industrial societies. This discipline requires the interaction of multiple factors in order to develop a working methodology that avoids direct analogies and uses tools that are typical of both archaeology and anthropology.
