Putting forward the need to formulate synthetic diagnoses of the socio-environmental reality that champion a more sustainable policy at local level and promote the necessary supervision of these processes. All of this is approached in line with Local Agenda 21, the Aalborg Charter or the European Sustainable Cities and Towns Campaign.
