The group was created in 1990 with a clear objective to provide services to companies in the field of designing work positions and technologies. These services are based on the transfer of psychological, social and anthropological knowledge. This knowledge comes from research carried out by the group and by other national and international research groups. The work of this group consists of taking part on the process of designing work systems and technologies, and providing this knowledge to prevent and avoid accidents, facilitate interaction with technologies and deal with issues of occupational health in cases where people suffer psychological disorders resulting from work and the use of technologies.
