Study of coordination preferences of amino acid derivatives and nitrogenous bases in complexes of M(II) (M(II) = first-row transition metal ions)

This line of research aims to understand and rationalise such metal binding patterns. Thus, it allows us to attempt to control the coordination between compounds with divalent ions, amino acid derivatives and different nitrogenous bases that can be related to simple bioligands
