Design and synthesis of encoded libraries of both small molecules and sugars using SMART-tags and their use with biological systems. These libraries interrogate enzyme, cells and they can also be used with animal models. This technology allows the simultaneous analysis of thousands of molecules in a single assay thus accelerating the process of discovering new molecular leaders.
