This multi-disciplinary research group was formed in 1995 and is attached to the Biotechnology Institute of the University of Granada. Its research activity specialises in various areas of human health, especially in the interrelationship between psychosocial aspects and physiological aspects of human beings, and is one of the most productive groups at the University of Granada. It also carries out research in the evaluation of the quality of the scientific production and dissemination process, as well as in the evaluation of the quality of the teaching-administration systems in higher education.
