Development of chromosome manipulation techniques in salmonids, sparids, and flat fish. Use of these techniques for the evolutionary analysis of repeated sequences of the genome and phylogenetic, taxonomic and diagnostic studies, as well as the development of molecular probes for the detection of infections and production of genetic maps of organisms of interest in aquaculture.
