The group was established in 1995 under the I Andalusian Research Plan in the Physiology Department at the University of Granada. The group participates in various postgraduate training programs such as Official Master’s Degrees in Human Nutrition and Pharmaceutical Care (Granada), Biotechnology (Málaga), and in multiple courses in the nutrition field.
