We are an eminently multidisciplinary and heterogeneous research group, with researchers from the University of Granada and other national and international research centres. Likewise, the members of the group maintain active collaborations with researchers from all continents. We firmly believe that cooperation is the most effective (and fun) way to carry out our research.

Our main link is the study and conservation of vertebrates, especially terrestrial vertebrates: mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians. We are convinced that it is the responsibility of all modern field biologists to dedicate part of their efforts to identify the main threats to their species and study systems and to help delineate and implement the most efficient measures to curb the current global environmental crisis.
